The limits of virtual staging
Virtual staging adds furniture; it shouldn't change the property. Don't hide defects, alter views, or change finishes. BC's real estate regulator expects licensees to label photos that have been altered or enhanced so buyers aren't misled. Keep an unstaged version of each staged room in the photo set, and label staged images clearly.

Stage the rooms that matter most for the decision: main living area, primary bedroom, and any flex space. Leave kitchens and bathrooms real. Combine with a floor plan so buyers can check the furniture scale against real dimensions.
