After the photos, the floor plan is usually the next thing a serious buyer looks at. It answers what photos can't: how rooms connect, where the bedrooms sit relative to the living space, and whether the layout suits their furniture and family.
The Floor Plan (LiDar) service produces a detailed 2D floor plan with measurements, captured on site with LiDAR scanning. It's included in the Launch package and pairs naturally with HDR photography and the Floor View Tour, which is built on the floor plan.

LiDAR or 3D Scan floor plan?
Both produce a 2D floor plan with measurements; they differ in how the space is captured. LiDAR scanning is quick and suits most condos, townhomes and standard houses. The 3D Scan floor plan is captured with a 3D scanning workflow. If you're unsure which suits the property, the booking form shows both with live prices.
Making floor plans work harder
Put the floor plan early in the photo order, not last. Use it in the brochure and on the property website. And if the home has more than one level or a suite, add a Floor View Tour so buyers can see which photo belongs to which room.
