Condos: sell the view and the layout
In a tower, the view and the floor plan are the product. Shoot on the brightest day available, open every blind, and give buyers the layout early in the photo order. A Floor View Tour helps when several similar units are listed in the same building — buyers can see exactly which way the bedroom faces.
Character homes and suites
Older East Side and West Side houses often have a main-floor living area, bedrooms upstairs and a suite below. Photos alone make it hard to tell which bathroom belongs to which level. Pair a LiDAR floor plan with a Floor View Tour and consider twilight for a restored porch or garden.
Drone and downtown airspace
