Ordinary listing photos and floor plans live separately. Buyers flip between a gallery of rooms and a floor plan diagram, guessing which "bedroom" photo is the one at the back of the second floor. A Floor View Tour removes the guesswork: each photo is placed on the floor plan at the position where it was taken, with a marker showing the direction the camera was facing.
Tap a marker and the photo opens; step through the photos in order and the marker moves across the plan with you. On a multi-level home, buyers switch floors and see exactly which rooms sit upstairs, downstairs or in the suite. It's a simple idea that makes a layout click in seconds.
The Floor View Tour is an add-on built from the home's floor plan and its listing photos, so it's booked alongside photography and a floor plan. Pricing is based on square footage.

What buyers actually see
The tour opens on the floor plan. Small camera markers sit on the plan where each photo was taken, each pointing the way the lens faced. Selecting a marker shows the photo; moving to the next photo moves the marker too. Switching floors swaps the plan and its photos, so the relationship between rooms and levels stays clear. The tour can show room names, photo thumbnails, property details and the listing agent's contact.
Floor View Tour, floor plan or Matterport?
A floor plan shows the layout; photos show the finishes. The Floor View Tour connects the two. A Matterport 3D tour is a different experience: an immersive walk-through captured by a 3D scan. The Floor View Tour is lighter and faster to scan and uses the photos you already have.
