The Floor Plan (3D Scan) service produces a detailed 2D floor plan with measurements, created from a 3D scan of the property. The result is the same kind of deliverable buyers expect — a clean, measured layout — captured with a scanning workflow rather than LiDAR.
It's part of the All-in-One package, alongside a Matterport 3D tour, and can also be booked on its own. Pricing is based on square footage.
