Matterport or Floor View Tour?
Both help buyers understand a home, in different ways. Matterport is an immersive walk-through. A Floor View Tour places listing photos on the floor plan, showing where each photo was taken and which way the camera faced — lighter, faster to scan, and focused on layout. Many listings need only one; large or complex homes can benefit from both.
Preparing for a 3D scan
The scanner captures every room from multiple positions, so everything visible will be in the tour: close closet doors you don't want shown, tidy every room (not just the photographed ones) and keep people and pets out of the space during the scan.
